I uploaded a new version, that should fix the reported issues.
I also uploaded the same code as DEV version to the play store.
Drag'n'drop will be disabled, if an expandable waypoint is open. DragNDrop and Expandables do not work well together in fastadapter, so this is currently the easiest solution.
I could not reproduce the problem of @drumldeer.
All issues fixed.
A big thank you for your efforts!

BTW: the version 83 has a new button in the main list view which starts the import activity. You can select a file and the solver will try to open it as its savefile and will present found caches to import.
(currently it crashes, if the file has the wrong format, that is fixed in next version)

That's cool! I didn't see that in the first test.
The import works just fine. I just tested it with a large backup with about 50 caches, first to import all and then to import individual caches. You only have to be patient when importing all files, because you can't see whether something is happening or restart the app. But that's already very cool !!
The preview of the variables to be imported is also very good. Like this, make the variables copyable to the clipboard or transfer them into the notes of the cache to Locus similar to the waypoints. But just maybe. Thanks for the great work!

If you have a variable with 2 functions and try to change the type of the 1st function --> crash.
It's the same for a variable with more than 2 functions: as soon as you try to change the type of a function other than the last one, the app crashes.
It happens in both, old and new listing view.

I uploaded a new version, that fixes the crash in variable functions.
Fixed some other bugs with the importer.
I cound not reproduce the timing problems by drumpldeer, my Pixel 3 shows no delay.

Another update. I found a bug regarding the sorting of variable functions. They could be sorted, but the new sorting was not saved.
Its fixed now.
If there are not more complains, i would upload this version to the beta channel on google Play next week.

I don't know in which constellation but the app crash very often. First I thought it is because some waypoint with formulas, but also with caches with only imported waypoints from Locus the app crashes. In the most cases after I have edit a variable. But sometime also if I only scroll in the waypoint list.
Is there a possibility to get a log for you? Or could you test it self again?
Thanks and nice weekend.

Normally Android should show an crash report dialog after a crash. If you send the data to the Play Store, i can see a bug trace. Have you done this? I do not see many reports in the Store.
Verfasst: 25. April 2020, 08:52
No. There is no Option to send a Crash Report, how I know it from other Apps. It is also to fast or not possible at this moment to make a Screenshot. I test it again now, if I create a new waypoint and go in to edit the Coords, go put in the list and switch between waypoint and variables or wait a moment the app crashes and is restarting automatically.
It's occurred in booth views, the old and new view.
With the Dev75.1 there it is not reproducible.
Perhaps it is my phone Xperia Z5 with Android 7.1.1?
